It’s in the wood of Combourg that I became what I am. The first person who praise the beautiful area, was Chateaubriand the writer. Between the castle and the pond, Bertrand and Françoise HAMON welcome you in their house with rooms simple and comfortabley furnished, somewith views over the lake. The bar is an ideal spot for an aperitif before moving on the award-winning restaurant facing the lake. The chef offers imaginative cuisine, seasonal and country dishes. You can taste for your breakfast some local specialities like “les Craquelins” or the “Far breton”.
