Presentation
A 22 km north-west of Draguignan, 20 km south of the Gorges du Verdon and 7 km southeast of Aups, Village is located at an altitude of 350 meters. The village is linked to the foothills of the Alps, surrounded by a circle of mountains covered with pines and oaks that houses the Mistral. The old village has retained its medieval character with its arcades, its narrow streets and its bell tower (the old tower which is adjacent to the castle), the Romanesque church of the seventeenth century, the chapel of Saint-Victor twelfth century. With its troglodyte caves and the waterfall that overlooks a beautiful park of two acres. Village is the place of the International Academy of Music founded by GRUNNE Schlumberger, which brings great virtuosos of the world. Each year, concerts are held in the chapel of Saint-Victor.
