With the 7th generation Jacquinet, the Auberge des Moissons of Matougues has transformed! Initially, this farm 75 hectares has been gradually transformed into a renowned (Farm-inn) proposing poultry farm fed to the former. With the establishment of a Farmer Market, which takes place every first Saturday of the month, the Auberge des Moissons has evolved into activities more diversified. Evolution resulted in the planting of 2 truffle to finally reach the next logical step in a complementary facility.
