THE HOUSE: - One entry. - A bathroom with double wash-hand. - A large sunny living room where you can find a fireplace, three sofas and two armchairs chair, two coffee tables. The lounge is also equipped with two televisions connected to satellite. It opens onto a terrace with teak edge pool. - A dining room seats 8 to 10 with buffet and console. - A fully equipped kitchen (American style fridge, beverage fridge, wine cellar, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dryer ...). The villa has four bedrooms. Three bedrooms with double bed and a bedroom with twin beds. - Two bathrooms with bathtub. - A bathroom with shower. Individual air conditioning in each room. OUTSIDE: - Kitchen and dining room with pizza oven and a great work plan. - Terrace stone. - Swimming pool of 8x4 m secure on large terrace with teak deck chairs and many breakfast table. - Land of 2500 m2, trees and flowers. - Panorama exceptional - Villa and closed SUPPLEMENT TO THE LOCATION: - Smokers are permitted in the main room but the rooms are strictly non-smoking - There is the arrival of client inventory on utensils and dishes, also an inventory of furniture and objects. - The bond is set at € 1500 (not collected) and the day of departure after inventory.
