House of the Artists JEANGUENIN VIDONI, Our charming apartments are fitted out in a magnificent Villa Belle Epoque, built in 1853, by Love for Magdalena, Beautiful Italian Opera singer.Ideally situated in Terra Amata on the hillsides of the Mountain Boron, Privileged place of Nice, 5 mn walk to the Sea and to all the shops of the Port of Nice,10 mn walk to the Conference hall Acropolis, the Exhibition center, Museums and Old Nice, 20 mn to the Place Masséna.
Your Breakfast will be served in our Mediterranean Garden under Orange trees and centenary Palm trees, artists' Sculptures. SPA is opened from April till October.The rents are maintained and quiet, the car park in the avenue is free. The apartments entry is independent.

• If you come by plane, take a taxi that will deposit you just in front of the Villa.

• If you come by train, take a taxi that will deposit you just in front of the Villa.
