Presentation
The Valley Hotel is a building typical of Aubrac, with its thick stone wall and heavy wooden shutters. It is located in Saint Chely d'Aubrac, in the heart of a valley, Green Valley, along the famous plateau of Aubrac and the Lot Valley. Thus, its location is ideal for walking, those of many of the Aubrac plateau, but also Saint Chely is a step on the path of Saint Jacques de Compostela. It is a very old house, and stayed for 4 generations in one family. We welcome you in a family setting. The menu features a special menu for hikers, a regional menu, with fresh local produce and a more elaborate menu for gourmands. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with bright colors, all equipped with TV, shower and toilet.
