Presentation
Hotellerie of family tradition (1932), Dwelling of France since 1952. The etablissement in a very calms of a small town of the plain jurassienne. The chef, former student Paul Haeberling, propose you menus from from Franche-Comté recipes or inovées according to his inspiration, the taste markets, from fresh products (frogs, sandre to the yellow wine, chicken of Bresse, écrevisses, tournedos to the morilles).
