Jocelyne and Herve GARCIA accomodate you with the Mill of Gauty, an old water mill located at the edge of the brook Verzolet, of which the field of eight hectares s' extends in the middle of the Regional natural park of Large Causses, to 2 km of the Village strengthened and classified St Jean d' Alcas. Four rooms of hosts of charm, whose continuation and a family room for five people await you for a stay in a calm and green environment. You will discover the Regional natural park of Large Causses, a little place of Paradise where are: Millau, Roquefort, Larzac, the Valley of the Tarn… As well as architectures caussenardes, the cities strengthened templières and hospital, the pigeon ones of red sandstone, the statues menhirs and dolmens. The Large Causses profit from a contrasted and shone upon climate. Thanks to the Mediterranean, continental and mountain influences there one finds a flora exceptionally various: a garden life size and a very varied fauna. The markets of the country will enable you to go to the meeting producers and you will have pleasure to discover many gastronomical specialities: of course cheese of Roquefort celebrates it, the wine of the Coasts of Millau, the cherries of the Valley of the Tarn, the flaune with the flower of orange tree, scalded… Large the Causses are also the ground of predilection of the amateurs of sports of nature (Parapente, Canoe-kayak, VTT, excursions…)
