Welcome to The Sommellerie !
Between Avignon and Orange, on the country roads of Provence fragrant with thyme and rosemary, you discover in the heart of the vineyards this beautiful ancient sheepfold from the 17th century which offers all the charm and comfort of an authentic Provencal home.
Our team will welcome you as friends
Our Chef works with the very best market-fresh products of the season : game, mushrooms and truffles with the use of aromatic herbs fresh from the garden. These are featured throughout the menus which vary from Tradition, Gastronomy and à la carte.
Swimming pool open : May15, June, July August, September.
At "La Sommellerie":
swimming pool, petanque, walking and biking in the vineyards and along the Rhone
and not to forget our cooking classes with our kitchen chief.
Beginning in 2008 we will also offer a bike´s rental.

On the motorway A7 or A9 you exit Orange Centre n°21, or you come on the Road N7:
Possibility 1:
Take the road D976 direction Nîmes / Roquemaure and 7 km after the city of Orange,
you will see on your left the road to Châteauneuf-du-Pape D17.
The "La Sommellerie" is 2 km after that crossing on your left.
Possibility 2:
In Orange : Follow the signs of Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
You go through the village by following the D17 direction Roquemaure and you leave it.
The "La Sommellerie" is 3 km after the exit on your right.
From the South:
On the motorway A7 you exit Avignon Nord, you follow the N7 direction Orange,
you exit Châteauneuf-du-Pape, you go through the village by following the D17
direction Roquemaure and you leave it.
The "La Sommellerie" is 3 km after the exit on your right.
